In Argo Tractors' Engineering department, specialists in mechanics, hydraulics, electronics and software work on the same project from different perspectives. Training and collaboration with universities strengthen this expertise and open up new directions for research. Because innovation advances when knowledge is shared.

An idea cannot be judged on paper alone. In our R&D department, prototypes of new tractors and systems are developed. Simulations, bench testing and field trials evaluate design choices under different operating conditions. Results are collected and compared with project objectives, to highlight any critical issues and guide further developments.
